ASPCA Poison Control is a resource for any poison-related emergency, available 24/7 year round. If you think your pet may have ingested a potentially poisonous substance, call (888) 426-4435. A $65 consultation fee may be applied to your credit card. You may also call the Animal Poison Control Center at (888) 426-4435.

If you are just getting a check up, you don’t want to make any changes to your pet’s lifestyle or supplements, and there are no issues at the time, please schedule a 30 minute wellness exam.
If your pet is experiencing urgent illness symptoms, please schedule a one hour visit.
If your pet has a health issue(s) that you would like addressed integratively, please fill out the Integrative Exam forms and send all records ahead of time. This is a one hour integrative exam visit. After Dr. Stephanie reads the records, talks with you and examines your pet, she will send a follow up report with her recommendations for possible diagnostics, and therapies. There may or may not be anything decided the day of the appointment. This is not for urgent medical needs!
If you would like acupuncture performed, please fill out the acupuncture forms and send all medical records ahead of time. This appointment will be up to one hour initially, follow up sessions typically take 30 minutes.
If you would like your pet to have their diet evaluated, say they have a need for limited ingredient diets due to allergies, or they have a disease that requires a special diet, please fill out the nutrition survey (either canine or feline) ahead of time and have all medical records sent to the office. You will need to bring your pet to the exam. Please plan on the visit lasting up to one hour.
If you have a new puppy/kitten and would like a plan to help them thrive from diet, to supplements to the right preventions, then you are looking for a puppy/kitten integrative consult. This is much more than your usual wellness check. Please fill out the integrative consult paperwork and send all records ahead of time to the office. Plan on this visit lasting up to an hour. Yes- you need to bring your new family member and a fresh fecal sample to the exam.
If your pet needs surgery, x-rays or anesthetic dental cleaning, please ask our staff for the appropriate referral.

If your pet is experiencing urinary problems, please don’t let them urinate prior to the visit. We may want to collect urine for testing.
If your pet is having diarrhea, please bring a fresh sample from within the past 12 hours to your visit.
If your pet is easily excited, sometimes a good walk to get that energy out prior to a visit, helps make everything happier for everyone.

Payment is due when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service, and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.CANCELLATION POLICY: To avoid the following cancellation fees, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule.
If you cancel a scheduled Advance Specialized Appointment (Integrative Consult, Acupuncture, Non-Anesthetic Dental, or Nutritional Consult), there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the visit fee.
If you cancel a scheduled Wellness Exam, there will be a cancellation fee of $50

It is an environment and approach to help prevent and alleviate fear, anxiety, and stress and improve an animal's emotional wellbeing during veterinary care. Sometimes this means we will recommend giving medications prior to the visit so everyone has a better experience and we do not increase your pet’s fear with each visit.

You will need to contact your insurance company to see if they will cover the cost. We are happy to provide any medical records needed for reimbursement.
