At Four Paws Wellness Center in Bend, Oregon, we have assembled an expert team of veterinary professionals to bring you the best possible healthcare for your pet. We have a state of the art veterinary facility which is clean, fear free, comfortable, and efficient.
Payment is due when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service, and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), checks, and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card. There is a small fee for credit card transactions, so we encourage cash and checks!
CANCELLATION POLICY: To avoid the following cancellation fees, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule.
If you cancel a scheduled Advance Specialized Appointment (Integrative Consult, Acupuncture, or Nutritional Consult) with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the visit fee.
The deposit for a Non-Anesthetic Dental is nonrefundable.
If you cancel a scheduled Wellness Exam with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a cancellation fee of $50
