Pick-ups by non-owners must be pre-authorized and payment arrangements made in advance.
To avoid the following cancellation fees, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule.
If you cancel or miss a scheduled Advance Specialized Appointment (Integrative Consult, Acupuncture, Non-Anesthetic Dental, or Nutritional Consult), less than 24 hours in advance, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the visit fee.
If you cancel a scheduled Wellness Exam less than 24 hours in advance, there will be a cancellation fee of $50.
